Our Specialization is Intensive Outpatient Programs for Integrative Health

Our Intensive Outpatient Programs provide structured, insurance-covered care for individuals who need more support than weekly therapy, without requiring residential treatment.

Programs typically run 8–12 weeks and meet 3–5 days per week, combining individual therapy, group work, skill-building, and clinically guided outdoor sessions. Care is delivered in a regulated, supportive environment with clear therapeutic goals.

Rather than focusing on volume of visits, our program is designed around progress and stability.

We track improvement using established clinical measures and patient-reported outcomes to ensure care is effective, accountable, and responsive.

Services include;

  • Therapy

  • Care coordination

  • Health coaching

  • Medication management

  • Labs

This model allows us to focus on what matters most: meaningful recovery, sustained regulation, and long-term health—while staying aligned with modern value-based care standards.
